Our Terms: We charge you our monthly rate (4 weeks instead of 4.3 weeks per month) if you start the lease on the first day of the month and end it on the last day of a month. For lease started on any other day or for partial months, we charge rent on a weekly basis. We do not pro-rata rent on a daily basis. We request that you prepay the apartment for your full stay 30 days in advance of arrival if your stay will be 2 months or less. Shorter stays (less than 4 weeks) are priced higher if we agree to them. One month rent is due at time of reservation if 60 days or more in advance of arrival date. Payment in full of rent is due 30 days in advance of arrival for all reservations. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if rent is not paid on time and we will hold the reservation deposit unless we can rent the apartment again at the same rate advertised on our website. All utilities (heat, electrical, water) are included. Check-out time no later than 11:00 AM of the last day of your stay. Check-in time after 3 PM on the first day of your stay. Latest check-in time: 7PM. Our rental rate is for one guest. If more than one occupant in apartment, please consider we have a maximum of two occupants per apartment. Please, no children under 12. At least one adult in the apartment. Please notify us and pay for your guest in advance $40 x week We require a $430 deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit IS REFUNDABLE less $30 if you cancel 4 weeks before your date of arrival for rental starting November 1 to April 30, the deposit IS NOT REFUNDABLE for cancelled rentals from May 1 to October 31. It will be returned to you in full within 7 days of your departure once you return the keys to us and the apartment is in the same condition as when you first moved in. Any damages, missing items, unremoved personal items, trash bags or broken items will be subtracted from deposit. A check for the rent period of your entire stay must be received 30 days prior to your move in date. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if we do not receive this rent on time. To reserve your apartment: It is VERY IMPORTANT that you tell us your ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE dates when you call or email us the first time. Please print and complete this Reservation form, sign it and fax it at 617 266 1447 or email it as a scanned attachment in jpg, gif, tiff, or pdf format. At the time you send your reservation, you can pay the reservation deposit of US $430 by CREDIT CARD on our website by clicking this link: http://www.cajhouse.com/Resources/applicat.html and clicking the "PAY NOW" button. You may wish instead to write a check or money order payable to the order of CAJ TRUST for $430 in US currency. Please mail this amount to CAJ TRUST - 526 Columbus Avenue - Boston - MA 02118 - USA. This US deposit amount will be in addition to your weekly rental it is a RESERVATION/KEY deposit fee and when you decide to take the apartment and sign our rental agreement, it becomes a refundable key deposit. The unit is reserved ONLY once we receive this deposit. To ensure your apartment for your dates, we recommend you wire it (we will send email instructions if you choose this method of payment) or you can send it by UPS or FedEx with next day delivery. If using an International wire transfers please add an additional US $ 13.00 bank processing fee to the amount. International checks require an additional US $ 4.00. We refund your deposit (less $30 processing fee) if we receive your cancellation in writing, 4 weeks in advance of your starting rental date. Cable TV or Satellite TV (all apartments) and Wireless DSL are included in rent! Flat screen TV's in most apartments. |
